The statement by U.S. Deputy Secretary of State, Christopher Landau, was unequivocal and aligned with U.S. law: “We do not welcome those who engage in political opposition through violence or intimidation.” Consequently, the tourist visa of Colombian national Viviana Marín—leader of the far-left group Communist Youth of Colombia (JUCO)—was revoked following her calls to “set the country on fire and make it uninhabitable” for the administration of President Abelardo de la Espriella.
Immigration laws are very strict regarding individuals belonging to anti-American groups, organizations that promote hatred against the American nation, and terrorist groups. When applying for a tourist visa, many questions are designed to determine whether the Secretary of State finds “reasonable grounds to believe that the granting of the visa would have potentially serious adverse consequences for United States foreign policy.”
After reviewing Viviana Marín’s case, it was determined that she “has no right to enter the U.S.,” and her visa was permanently revoked. Based on these legal principles, the case of far-left politician Gustavo Bolívar Moreno, should also be reviewed; he currently holds a U.S. tourist visa yet has repeatedly been linked to the urban criminal gang known as “Primera Línea” (Front Line)—a group responsible for sowing terror among the population of Bogotá and to which Viviana Marín also belonged.
Gustavo Bolívar Moreno has been accused of inciting hatred and promoting electoral chaos; furthermore, he is alleged to have supported the urban terrorist group “Primera Línea” by supplying helmets and gloves to protect vandals as they set fire to buses and trains and destroy commercial establishments in Colombia’s major cities. As was the case with Viviana Castillo, this outlet requests that the Deputy Secretary of State review the visa of Gustavo Bolívar Moreno, as well as that of Margarita Rosa de Francisco—a former Colombian entertainer who openly supported these movements against the civil order and currently enjoys the benefits of living within United States territory.

El anuncio del subsecretario de estado Christopher Landau, fue contundente y ajustado la ley estadounidense: “No damos la bienvenida a quienes ejercen la oposición política mediante la violencia o la intimidación”, por esa razón la visa de turista de la ciudadana colombiana Viviana Marín, líder del grupo de extrema izquierda Juventudes Comunistas de Colombia (JUCO) fue revocada tras sus arengas para “incendiar el país y hacerlo invivible” para el gobierno del presidente Abelardo de la Espriella.
Las leyes de inmigración son muy estrictas en lo que se refiere a personas pertenecientes a grupos anti americanos, organizaciones para promover el odio contra la nación americana y grupos terroristas. Cuando se solicita la visa de turista buena parte de las preguntas se orienta a determinar si el secretario de estado considera que existen  "motivos razonables para creer que el otorgamiento de la visa tendría consecuencias adversas potencialmente graves para la política exterior de los Estados Unidos".  
Tras analizar el caso de Viviana Marín, se determinó que "no tiene derecho a ingresar a EE. UU.”  Y su visa fue revocada de manera definitiva. Basados en estos preceptos legales, el caso del político de extrema izquierda Gustavo Bolívar Moreno, también se debería revisar ya que actualmente disfruta de los beneficios de una visa para entrar a Estados Unidos como turista y en repetidas ocasiones estuvo asociado a la banda criminal urbana conocida como “Primera Línea” encargada de sembrar el terror entre la población bogotana y a la cual pertenecía también la ciudadana Viviana Marín.   
Gustavo Bolivar Moreno fue acusado por incitación al odio y promoción del caos en elecciones, además es señalado de apoyar al grupo terrorista urbano “Primera Linea” suministrando cascos y guantes para proteger a los vándalos mientras incendian autobuses y trenes y destruyen establecimientos comerciales en las principales ciudades de Colombia. 
Al igual que con Viviana Castillo, este medio solicita al subsecretario de estado revisar la visa de Gustavo Bolivar Moreno al igual que la de Margarita Rosa de Francisco, ex artista colombiana que abiertamente apoyó estos movimientos en contra del ordenamiento civil y actualmente disfruta de los beneficios de vivir en territorio de los Estados Unidos.
