Desde entonces, estacionar en esos lugares sin el debido permiso tiene consecuencias que afectan el record de manejo de los conductores.
En Doral es muy frecuente encontrar este tipo de violaciones y de acuerdo con el Departamento de Policía, las excusas más comunes son: “era solo por un segundo”; o “tenía que dejar un pasajero realmente rápido”.
Si usted es de los que acostumbran este tipo de práctica, tenga cuidado la policía de Doral está lista para multar a los infractores de manera muy “rápida” también. Estacionar sin permiso, bloquear, obstruir o limitar el acceso a un espacio reservado para personas con incapacidad, es un crimen de segundo grado con multas que van desde los $253 dólares hasta los $500 y un máximo de 6 meses en prisión.
En las últimas tres semanas la policía de Doral multó a 33 conductores por violación de esta norma y advierte que seguirá vigilando los estacionamientos en busca de infractores. Tenga en cuenta que los espacios con líneas diagonales son para movilización de personas discapacitadas y si usted estaciona allí, la multa será de $153.
