Miami, (Junio 7, 2022) La demócrata Annette Taddeo anunció hace pocas horas su renuncia a la campaña por la gobernación para aspirar a la curul de representante que ostenta la republicana María Elvira Salazar en Washington.
Esta es la cuarta derrota política para la colombo-americana que con gran optimismo pretende lograr los votos suficientes para llegar a Washington desbancando a Salazar quien cuenta con el respaldo de toda la bancada republicana.
“Las familias en Miami necesitan representación para frenar el costo de vida, la violencia con armas y el derecho de la mujer a escoger” dijo Taddeo.
La demócrata calificó la gestión de Salazar como “inefectiva” y agregó que tras una conversación con su hija, se dio cuenta de lo que realmente debía hacer.
Pero no todo está claro para la candidata Taddeo, para lograr su aspiración de medirse a Salazar tiene que correr contra el Comisionado de Miami, Ken Russell en las primarias ‘congresionales’ del distrito 27 el 23 de Agosto.
