Los más afectados con la renovación fueron algunos dinosaurios políticos como Juan Carlos Bermúdez y Pete Cabrera y junto a ellos algunos de sus esbirros de años como Claudia Mariaca y los nuevos aspirantes a posiciones legislativas en la ciudad.
Ha sido tal el impacto de la Coalición Fraga que la concejala Digna Cabral, en una clara falta de ética y protocolo legislativo, se ha retirado de las sesiones del Concejo y ha dejado de asistir a eventos en los que debería estar presente, aunque sea por respeto a sus electores.
Este tipo de actuaciones demuestran la frustración y envían un mensaje claro a la nueva administración, “hay que gobernar con los amigos”, algo que dijo el filósofo Platón en el año 427 Antes de Cristo en su sabios “Diálogos”. “Debes gobernar con tus amigos, pero solo con los que se han preparado para tan dignas labores, porque los hay quienes se alistan para la difícil tarea de servir y mandar y también quienes se preparan para entorpecer y hacer fracasar a otros”.
No hay que ser filosofo para concluir que durante muchos años, la administración de Doral se pobló de funcionarios no capacitados, recomendados por amigos del alcalde o de algunos concejales y se dio paso a una burocracia toxica que no produce resultados, no genera negocios para la ciudad y permaneciendo en sus escritorios representan un obstáculo para la nueva administración y un constante desafío a quienes quieren hacer las cosas bien en esta nueva etapa de la ciudad.
Una burocracia que seguía órdenes del gran jefe en un régimen de silencio que obligaba a ocultar información, vetar medios de comunicación y descalificar con calumnias e injurias a quienes se atrevían a denunciar las irregularidades dentro del gobierno local.
Estamos a menos de dos años, 22 meses para ser exactos, de las próximas elecciones generales y seguramente los que estuvieron durante años quieren volver a estar en sus posiciones de privilegio y seguramente algunos gamonales, hoy sin poder dentro de la ciudad, tratarán de torpedear la gestión de la nueva administración para exponerla de manera negativa el año próximo y regresar a sus buros.
Por eso hay que limpiar la casa, gobernar con los amigos y hacer lo mejor por nuestra querida ciudad. Por eso hay que seguir en campaña política, mediante actuaciones acertadas y cumplimiento de las promesas que se hicieron a los electores. Por eso mismo hay que derrotar la campaña politiquera y calumniosa que volverá al ruedo en pocos meses y evitar cualquier posibilidad de retorno al totalitarismo criollo.
