El candidato de la izquierda, Gustavo Petro, no logró superar los votos obtenidos en la segunda vuelta de las elecciones presidenciales de 2018 por lo que los expertos consideran que el candidato tiene un “techo electoral” que no logra superar desde hace varios años.
